We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is very important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via download all sales are final.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded digital product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within ten (10) days of your original purchase.
Any defects in physical print quality shall be taken up with the printing service/company by the customer prior to contacting Gardine Co, if no resolution is made with the customers’ chosen printing provider we will be happy to explore a corrective solution free of charge.
Please not that once you download any digital content after purchasing you can no longer cancel your purchase of that digital content.
